Charalampos is a skilled car mechanic who works every day in his garage, repairing cars and helping people drive safely.
Together with his good friend Lefteris, he welcomes customers, checks vehicles, and solves mechanical problems. One day, Panagiotis calls in trouble because the radiator of his excavator has a leak. He does not know how to bring it to the garage.
Lefteris remembers an unusual old trick with a piece of loukoumi, and the three friends discover that experience, friendship, and quick thinking can save the day.
This children’s story introduces young readers to the profession of the car mechanic in a simple, humorous, and educational way. It is part of the “Professions” series by Pantelis Papakonstantinou.
